Delivery

Prices include standard delivery to UK addresses. We don't deliver outside the UK at the moment.

How long it takes

Every item is printed to order. Printing usually takes 2–5 working days and delivery a further 2–4 working days, so most orders arrive within 5–10 working days. Canvases and framed prints can take a little longer.

Tracked delivery

At checkout you can choose tracked delivery for £1.49 per parcel. Standard delivery for art prints, canvases, cushions and jigsaws is untracked. Framed prints, tote bags and coasters are tracked as standard. Mugs and calendars go by the printer's standard service.

We email you when each parcel is posted, with a tracking link if it has one.

Orders with more than one item

Different products are made in different places, so a mixed order may arrive in separate parcels.

Problems

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 working days, or it arrives damaged, email hello@avidimprints.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
