Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive it. Email hello@avidimprints.com with your order number, and we will send you the return address. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in its original condition. You pay the return postage.

We refund the price you paid, including the original delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back, to the card you paid with.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund, whichever you prefer. You won't need to send it back unless we ask, and if we do, we pay the postage.

This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
