Westcountry Hosting Ltd (trading as Avid Imprints) is responsible for the personal details you give us when you order. Contact: hello@avidimprints.com.

What we collect and why

When you order we collect your name, email address, phone number and delivery address. We use them to make and deliver your order, to email you about it, and to keep the records the law requires. We don't use them for marketing and we don't sell them.

Who we share them with

• Stripe, which takes your payment. We never see your card details.
• Printify and the print partner that makes your item, and the delivery company that brings it.
• Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare, which host this website and send our emails.

How long we keep them

We keep order records for six years, as required for company accounts and tax, and then delete them.

Cookies

When you first visit, we ask whether you're happy for us to use Google Analytics. If you choose Accept, Google Analytics sets cookies that count visits and show us which pages are popular. Google processes this information for us. If you choose Reject, or don't choose, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics isn't loaded.

You can change your choice at any time using Cookie choices at the bottom of every page.

We don't use advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout page sets cookies it needs to take payment and prevent fraud, and your browser stores your basket on your own device.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we don't need to keep them. If you are unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
