Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from avidimprints.com. Avid Imprints is a trading name of Westcountry Hosting Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 13864742, registered office 7 Hendra Vale, Launceston, PL15 7HE. Email: hello@avidimprints.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include UK delivery. Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place your order.

Your order

Our contract with you starts when we email your order confirmation. If we can't fulfil an order, for example because a product is no longer available, we will tell you and refund you in full.

The products

Items are printed to order. Colours on screen and in print differ slightly, and the product photos are computer-generated previews, so the finished item may not match them exactly.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See Returns and refunds for how this works and what happens if an item is faulty.

Our liability

If we break these terms we are responsible for loss you suffer that was a foreseeable result. We don't exclude liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

The artwork

The designs are based on public-domain plates and were reworked with AI image tools. Buying a product doesn't give you the right to reproduce the design.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
